Ann Pettifor
A British Keynesian economist specialising in sovereign debt, Ann has advised governments including Nigeria. She was one of the few to predict the Great Financial Crisis and is the author of The Case for the Green New Deal (2019) and The Production of Money (2017). She is a Member of the Order of the Niger — an honour conferred by former President General Olusegun Obasanjo (rtd.) for her work with the former Minister of Finance, Dr Okonjo-Iweala, on Nigeria’s successful $32 billion debt reduction.

Dr Damien Uduehi
Dr Uduehi brings over 25 years of experience across the energy sector — from upstream exploration and midstream LNG to downstream gas and power — with expertise across the key technologies and functions required to deliver energy solutions. He has held engineering, commercial and economics roles, including Economics Manager for the UK and Gas & Power Commercial Manager for Nigeria. Damien holds an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School (USA), an MBA in Economics and Strategy from London Business School (UK), and a PhD in Predictive Control Systems Engineering and an MSc in System Optimisation, both from the University of Strathclyde.

Robbie Moir
Robbie has more than 25 years of financial services experience, including 15 years of global infrastructure investing. He has worked for organisations including the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), Bank of America (New York), Barclays Capital (London) and Munich Re (London). Robbie holds a BSc in Actuarial Mathematics and Statistics and qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries.

Alhaji Mukhtar Adhama
Alhaji Mukhtar Adhama is a distinguished Nigerian business leader who has built and led multiple successful enterprises across diverse sectors, earning a reputation for innovation, resilience and ethical leadership. His ventures have generated substantial economic value while supporting job creation and community development, and he has received numerous awards in recognition of his impact, visionary outlook and commitment to sustainable growth. Beyond the boardroom, Mukhtar holds a degree in Political Science from Bayero University and is an avid polo player — a pursuit that reflects his discipline, competitive spirit and appreciation for tradition and sportsmanship.

Simbabi Ogbeha
Simbabi has over 15 years of experience in corporate governance, management affairs and regulatory activities, interfacing with both private and public sector organisations in Nigeria. He has been engaged in the Nigerian energy sector since the privatisation of the electricity generation and distribution segments in 2014 and currently serves as an Independent Director at the Yola Electricity Distribution Company. He has also held numerous management and leadership positions across the energy, media and entertainment sectors.

Isaac Dimogu
Isaac’s energy industry background includes over 20 years of lead roles in conceptual design engineering, commercial negotiation and gas business development within the exploration and production (E&P) sector, with companies such as Titan Engineers & Contractors. A Chartered Engineer, he is a corporate member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), the Nigerian Institution of Mechanical Engineers (NIMechE), the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) and the Nigerian Gas Association (NGA).

Russell Osi
Russell is the Chief Executive Officer of Pan-African Towers, Nigeria’s largest indigenous telecommunications infrastructure company and the tenth largest tower company in Africa. Russell has over 27 years of experience across the energy, telecom and IT sectors in sub-Saharan Africa, spanning several industry verticals. His expertise covers Energy-as-a-Service delivery, product and service life-cycle management, business and operations support systems (BSS/OSS) delivery, business assurance and fraud management, contract management, and partner and vendor management. Russell is an Electrical/Electronic Engineer, a qualified Data Scientist and Business Analyst, and a Cloud Solutions Architect.

He is a former Partner, Head of Energy and Infrastructure, and Head of EMEA at Shearman & Sterling.

Soji is a Founding Partner and lead of the International Trade Practice Group at ǼLEX, and an energy and transactions lawyer with over 40 years of legal practice. He has participated in the formulation of Nigeria’s trade policy and served as a resource person on committees and at conferences on trade. A Global Elite Thought Leader in the Energy category of Who’s Who Legal, he has been consistently ranked as a leading lawyer in Energy and Natural Resources by respected directories including Chambers Global and IFLR1000, and is a Fellow of the Energy Institute. Over the past 30 years he has managed or directly participated in most of the major foreign direct investment transactions in Nigeria’s electric power and petroleum sectors, earning the trust of local and international investors, financial institutions, project owners, developers and contractors for his expertise in transactional matters.

Engr. Olalere Odusote is a former Lagos State Commissioner for Energy and Mineral Resources and was previously a Structured Ventures Executive at Axxela Limited. A seasoned energy expert with over 25 years of experience across the energy value chain in Nigeria, the UK and the USA, ‘Lere’s prior roles include Head of Business Development at Oando Gas & Power Limited, alongside various positions at Schlumberger and General Electric.

Ndidi previously led Corporate Quality and Support Services at Etisalat. An accomplished, results-oriented operations executive, she brings a 20-plus-year record of adding significant value within start-up, fast-growing and change-oriented ICT and telecommunications providers. She has a strong track record of identifying transformational strategic opportunities for operational efficiency and of leading cross-functional teams across planning, implementation, financial, risk and change management to deliver superior outcomes and ROI. Ndidi is known for building high-performing teams, establishing trust with key stakeholders and managing change at every level of an organisation.
